About Princess Parties
Princess Parties is the royal arm of Radiant Smiles Entertainment, a Madison, WI–based company that has been bringing creativity and joy to birthdays, weddings, and community events for years.
We started getting so many requests for costumed princess characters — full-on, fully-in-character visits, not just face painting in a tiara — that we spun up a dedicated branch of the business. Same care, same insurance, same trained performers, but with a focus on turning a birthday into a royal event.
We work with families across the greater Madison metro and surrounding areas. If you're unsure whether we travel to your town, just ask in your booking request — we usually can.

How far in advance should we book?
Two to four weeks is typical, but we sometimes have last-minute openings — always worth asking.
What ages are best for a princess party?
Princess Parties are most loved by ages 2–10, but tea parties, school events, and holiday gatherings work for any age.
Where do you travel?
Throughout the Madison metro area and surrounding communities. Travel beyond ~30 minutes may include a small fee — we'll quote it up front.
Are there things you can't do as 'official' characters?
Our princesses are inspired by classic fairy tale archetypes — we don't claim to be the official trademarked characters from any particular studio.
Can we add face painting / balloons / etc.?
Yes — through Radiant Smiles Entertainment we can staff face painting, glitter tattoos, balloon twisting, cotton candy, and more alongside the princess.
What if it rains?
Indoor backup plans are part of every booking. Just let us know your indoor space if the party is outdoors.
